Shipping outside Japan

When you add your order to the cart, the shipping cost will be displayed according to the weight. It depends on the country, region, and weight. Weight includes shipping materials and other items in addition to the product.

Also be noted that our terms of export is DDU,  our prices do not include such items as  VAT,
import duty and tax of your country.  In case of these unexpected charge needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers.

Japan Post Co., Ltd. - Express Mail Service

Japan Post is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Japanese distribution center, approx. 7 business days from order date.

Liability for Shipping Address Errors: We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry or delivery method selection. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes. Your delivery will be delayed if delivery address mistake is made.
