Shipping outside Japan

When you add your order to the cart, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the weight. It depends on the country, region, and weight. Weight includes shipping materials and other items in addition to the product.
Also be noted that our terms of export is DDU, our prices do not include such items as VAT,
import duty and tax of your country. In case of these unexpected charge needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers.
Days to Ship
Ships within 7 days after order confirmation, except for some products. (Please note that shipping may be delayed during consecutive holidays, etc.).
We will contact you if the item is out of stock or if there is a delay in shipping.
We will wrap it free of charge for customers who wish. Please note that it will be a simple response just to wrap it with wrapping paper. Please let us know in the special notes section of the cart.
If the delivered product is damaged during delivery or is incorrect, we will exchange it if we can confirm the contact within 10 days after the arrival of the product. Please contact us within the period.
We will check the content of the contact and if it falls under a defective product, we will bear the return shipping fee, so please send it back by cash on delivery, and after confirming receipt, we will correct, exchange or refund to a non-defective product.
Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

About dyeing maple wood
Storio's maple products are dyed in black, blue, and vermilion to highlight the individuality of the wood, such as grain and knots.
Due to climate change and accidental changes such as leaves being incorporated into the trunk tissue, the density of the cells in the tree tissue varies, resulting in no color in areas of high density.
Along with the wood grain, the maple's growing environment, such as the areas that are not colored, the knots, and the heather, stand out as the individuality of each product, giving it a tasteful appearance.
Quality assurance service
The products in this store have passed our quality inspection, but due to the characteristics of natural wood, there is a possibility that distortions, cracks, chips, etc. may occur. In addition, there is nothing comparable to existing wooden products in terms of durability, such as the springiness of bentwood created by our unique processing technology, and the thin, precise, and compact structure.
Therefore, to ensure that you can purchase with peace of mind, we provide a one-year quality assurance service for the above-mentioned products from the date of purchase (the warranty is included with the target product).
If you have trouble using the product under normal conditions within the warranty period, please contact us using the inquiry form. If you send it back to us with the warranty card, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
When using the quality assurance service, you will need the quality assurance certificate, so please keep it in a safe place.
If you wish to repair or replace parts due to deterioration of parts due to long-term use, we will repair it for a fee according to the following procedure.
- In order to confirm the damage status, please contact us by e-mail with a photo image.
- The person in charge will reply with the availability of repair or replacement and an estimate.
- Please check the estimate and return the product to us if you are satisfied. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- We will create a repair billing information and send you an email.
- As soon as payment is confirmed, we will repair or replace the part and send it back.
