About repair

If you wish to repair or replace parts due to deterioration of parts due to long-term use, we will repair it for a fee according to the following procedure.

1. In order to confirm the damage status, please contact us by e-mail with a photo image.

2. The person in charge will reply with the availability of repair or replacement and an estimate.
3. Please check the estimate and return the product to us if you are satisfied. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. We will create a repair billing information and send you an email.
5. As soon as payment is confirmed, we will repair or replace the part and send it back.

Examples of requests: Leather tabs, button replacement, product repainting, etc. (Estimated repair cost: 1500 to 3000 yen)
